Rihanna's concert was really short. I think concerts nowadays are getting shorter and shorter because artists just anyhow tour once they get famous and they forget about their stamina. They need to work on their stamina first man, like at least hold a full 1 and a half hours of singing and entertaining fans.
Anyway Pea came over after her work to change then we took 16 there. Reached their around 8 plus and went into the stadium. The seats were pretty good, like nothing was obstructing our view. People randomly screamed/shout and i was testing and experimenting with my cam to get the best out of her concert.
Suddenly Britney's Womanizer was on. People started singing, dancing and getting all hyped out. Then came the real thing, Rihanna was on, everyone screamed but it wasn't very loud though, maybe due to the huge area.
Her first song was Disturbia, but distubingly(no pun intended), her mic wasn't working. Like for the whole song she was waiting for another mic while her backup singers sang Disturbia. The worst thing was she didn't even bother to sing Disturbia again and went on to Rehab. Like Disturbia is like the most popular song from her in Singapore now and she just did not sing it again. Oh well.
Some songs me and Pea didn't know so we just stared at the stage. Her hits like SOS, Shut Up and Drive got everyone on their feet dancing, singing, clapping, jumping. I wanted badly to jump for some songs but as i was video-ing i couldn't. Finally i gave up. Put the cam in my bag, slr on the floor and started jumping. It was super fun. I kinda pitied like the 2 girls next to Pea because of her scream. And they were sitting down too, so un-fun and there was this family behind us too, all sitting down. Like that must well don't go, so dumb. Anyway i guess we were blocking their view cause we stood up throughout and jumped, sang(more like screamed out the lyrics), but i had to hold myself back because of the stupid recording.
She sang for less than an hour, so super short. I feel for those who paid over 200 bucks to see her. Since it ended so unexpectedly early, we decided to find where she will exit by. It wasn't that hard, considering the number of people who were crowding around that area. Waited for about 30 mins and the worst thing was, she exited in a car and because the car's windows were tinted, saw someone waving from inside but wasn't too sure, both of us didn't really realise it was her till the car left. ARGH. Then i asked Pea 'was that her car?' and her reply was 'yeah i think so, i saw her hoops and that same hairstyle', my reaction? -.-

Anyway she should have been nice and get out of the car to let everyone get a pic or autograph before leaving, that's what BLG would do (: Or at least wind down the stupid window to wave goodbye.
