The Reason: Depp didn't get his best actor award which i think he deserves, instead, it went to that Daniel Day Lewis whatsoever his name is. Really depressing.

The Next Reason: POTC 3 lost best Make Up and Visual Effects to La Vie en Rose and The Golden Compass respectively

Reason No. 3: Sweeney Todd lost best Costume to The Golden Age. oooommmmmggg
The Only Reason To Be Happy : at least Todd won best art direction which ain't anything big but still, it's an award i guess.
