“School, we’re going to have a mass spot check now.”

The atmosphere suddenly changes drastically. Different people will have different reactions

1) The guai kias – whatever, does it really matter? Anyway my socks above my ankles, my pinafore is in the correct measurement, super long all the way below my knees, nails cut, hair pulled back all the way, just bring it on.
2) The really pai kia ones – catch then catch la. Caught so many times, suspended so many times, doesn’t really matter anymore. Unpicking of pinafore, cutting of nails, snipping of hair, kena demerit points all gone through before. Who cares man.
3) The average people – shit, hurry pull up socks, adjust pinafore, must make sure it’s at least knee length, if nails are long use a bloody scissors hurry cut and tidy up hair.

And I happen to fall into category 3. Everyone around me was like adjusting their socks just right after the teacher announced that there’s gonna be a mass spot check.

Fingernails.
Not everyone’s fingernails are the same shape and the way it grows is kinda different in a way. Teachers check your nails by holding up your hand at their eye level and see if you nails ‘sticks’ out, if it does, off to the nail station you go to cut your nails and have your name recorded. I think this way is really unfair. Square shaped nails – you cut it straight and it’s quite hard to cut it super short. Curved shaped – cause it’s like curved, there will definitely be the tip of your nail which will be jutting out and the teacher expects you to cut it till you can’t see that part. I mean, if they want it this way, must well just go use some tool and start pulling all our fingernails out. This way, the school doesn’t have to worry about us students spoiling their reputation due to our ‘long’ fingernails.

The school already has such a bad reputation please, dying of hair incident, click 5, PDA. Rahh. And we're also told many ppl are trying to come in my school cause it’s strict and good -.-

Just kill those prefects, kill those teachers and kill the school.

And just when I thought the day couldn’t get worst. We were rearranged, I mean our seating arrangements. So I’m separated from Pea, and I’m sitting with HuiLin and Rachel, not that it’s a bad thing though. Just that I won’t be able to make so much noise, damn. And I’m sitting at the back of the class la. Bleh.

Anyway whatever I just said above the 2nd last paragraph, you can say I’m one-sided, I’m just being such a typical student, complaining about school or whatever you want, I do not give a crap. I’m just feeling extremely pissed about today that’s all.
